Christmas Celebration Evening

On Wednesday 28 November, families are invited to attend the annual Christmas Celebration for the Primary School being held on the Marcellin Oval. All Primary School students from K-6 will be involved. Pre Kindy families are also very welcome to attend however the children will not be performing on the night.

In keeping with the College’s compliance with Duty of Care and Risk Mitigation parents please be aware that this function is an alcohol free event.

Schedule

5.00pm – Families are encouraged to bring along blankets and a picnic dinner. Any deck chairs will need to be on the periphery of the area so as not to impede the vision for other families.
5.45pm – All students are to be at the oval and assemble in their designated class areas with their teachers.
6.00pm – Christmas Carols lead by year level units
7.00pm – Santa
7.15pm – Evening Concludes and parents collect their children from class teachers

Student Dress Requirements

Students in K-6 are to wear jeans, white T-shirt with tinsel halo (Red, Green, Gold or Silver) closed in shoes.

Parking

Please park in the car parks around the College, including the Marcellin Campus car parks. There is some street parking on surrounding roads, but please adhere to the parking signs.
The Lavalla Staff car park will be used by the College staff. Parents are asked not to park in this area.

2019 Pre Kindergarten Parent Orientation

We invite Pre Kindergarten parents to join us for a Parent Information Session on Monday 26 November in the Library.

The session will commence at 9.00am and conclude at 10.00am. Orientation packs will be provided during this session.

K-Y2 Paraliturgy – Host Year 1

The K-Y2 Paraliturgy, hosted by the Year 1 students, is being held at St Cecilia’s Church on Thursday 22 November at 9.00am. All family and friends are welcome!

2019 Kindy Student and Parent Orientation

Parents and students are invited to attend an Orientation morning where they will have the opportunity to meet teaching staff and other parents, learn about the features of the College, ask questions and complete the enrolment process.

As a Catholic community, we will support your child as they explore their world, make new friends and learn to care and respect one another in the way of Mother Mary. Our Kindergarten program is dedicated to letting your child learn in a play based environment where they will be cared for and nurtured to become the best person they can be.

Schedule for the day:

9.15am: Children and Parents to Kindy classroom to meet teachers
9.30am: Parent Information session in library / Children remain in Kindy room
10.00am: Parent morning tea in Marian Hall
10.30am: Collect children from Kindy classes.
