Should your child require additional support, or has specific needs, it is important that the College is aware of these during the interview process. This is to ensure that the appropriate College staff can attend the interview where necessary to understand the support required and provide feedback. The College requests that you complete this form, providing supporting documentation that may assist in discussions during the interview process.
