Congratulations to Year 6 violinist Leila Woods for making the play offs for the Primary Strings section of the Catholic Arts Festival. Leila received an outstanding award for her solo performance of Salut D’amour by Elgar, accompanied by her mother Terri Woods. Leila was invited back to play off for the shield at Trinity College. An excellent achievement for Leila. Thank you to her teacher, Ms Hannah Herriman for her support of Leila’s music.

A sincere thanks to Miss Margaret Goldsmith, Coordinator of Music for her excellent coordination of all the entries. Miss Goldsmith has worked extremely hard again this year to showcase the artistic gifts of our students and staff as the Arts team of professionals, teachers and tutors work tirelessly to prepare our student artists and performers.
