A catholic school educating in the marist tradition
On the weekend, the Marist Year 12 football team won their Grand Final, Year 12 student, Bec Viney won the A Grade Amateur Women’s Best and Fairest and is the youngest female to win the award, and this year we had a record number of entries in the Catholic Arts Festival.
Acknowledging student achievements is important for the wellbeing of students and serves to inspire others to strive for excellence. Belonging to groups within school, or beyond the College community helps to support young people to engage in activities with others and commit to an interest that gives them a sense of purpose.
All students in Years 7-11 return on Tuesday 9 October. All students are to wear Summer Uniform (no ties or blazer). Grooming expectations for all students are outlined on pages 14 and 15 of the College Diary.

After months of training and hard work, our Years 7-12 Athletics Team competed at the ACC Athletics Carnival on Thursday 13 September at the State Athletics Stadium. Despite the occasional wet conditions, the athletes performed brilliantly under the expectation and pressure to win the B Division Carnival. All athletes should be very proud of their efforts and were rewarded by being announced as the 2018 ACC Athletics Carnival B Division winners beating St Norberts by 68 points! Thank you to our specialist coaches and PE staff for their work throughout Term 3. Click here for all of the results, age champions and more photos from the day.
Parents are reminded to book their seats through TryBookings. This is a free event. Each family are allocated three tickets. Year 12 students will be seated on the stage and do not require a ticket. Please click here to access the TryBooking site.
