Year 12 Geography Excursion Highlights

The intrepid Year 12 ATAR Geography students headed out into the field on a wild and woolly day. The students were investigating and gathering real world examples of the urban processes and patterns they have been studying. The excursion took the students south to Cockburn Central, a transit oriented development, back to the CBD, where they participated in the ‘Newman College Amazing Race’, won by Laura, Keira and Haylee, well done! East Perth, the Perth City Link and Northbridge were also explored as evidence of urban redevelopment.

We all managed to avoid the rain and hail and said a sad farewell to our last Geography field excursion.
