Reporting Positive COVID-19 Cases and Household Family Close Contacts

This form is to be completed when:

  • A student or teacher has tested positive for COVID-19
  • A student or teacher has been identified as a household family close contact

Please complete the form ensuring all details are relevant and correct.

Although household family close contacts are allowed to attend school, parents are still required to advise the College of their child’s close contact status.

COVID-19 Updates

Newman College has created this page to assist with the distribution of information relating to the COVID-19 Pandemic to our community. The page will be updated with critical information distributed via our governing agencies, including Department of Education, Marist Schools Australia, Catholic Education Western Australia, and the Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia – who will continue to respond as a collaborative team to advice from the WA Department of Health.
