Republic Polytechnic Singapore Immersion
Inspired by the College’s Vision for Learning, Shine through Discovery, an international partnership with Republic Polytechnic Singapore has been established for students in Years 9 and 10 to travel to Singapor to take part in an intensive learning immersion.
Newman College recognises the challenge and importance of creating resilient, global thinkers; students who are agile, collaborative and embracing of the demands of the 21st Century.
As a result of participating in the Singapore learning immersion, students will:
- Develop their 21st Century skills in critical thinking and real-world problem solving
- Develop as global citizens and how to collaborate with young people from different cultures
- Gain an appreciation for the excitement of a global industry learning hub.
