Pre Primary – Year 2 Athletics Carnival
On Thursday 26 September, the annual Pre Primary – Year 2 Athletics Carnival took place on the Lavalla Oval. In what was perfect conditions, the students enjoyed a fun and competitive day of athletics, competing in running races, novelty events and relays.
I extend my sincere thanks to our Physical Education teacher, Mrs Stella Northey, for her dedication and time in ensuring the success of today’s carnival. The spirit and enthusiasm of the day is indicative of the excellent sportsmanship of our students, and a very enjoyable day was celebrated by staff and students.
Thank you to all the families who came down to support their children and participated in the spirit of the day. The posters, coloured hair and cheering was a great demonstration of team spirit. We congratulate all participants on the effort that they applied to their events.
